Welcome to the Bob Marley Festival. This year our festival is filled with great delights - wonderful performances, free events, and lots of fun - as well as workshops, master classes and informative demonstrations.
It is a special year for us, one in which we have focused on the Bob Marley Festival mission not only to bring nationally and internationally renowned artists into our midst, but to give back to the community through free events and community partnerships designed to showcase local artists.
The Bob Marley Festival is set to enrapture festival lovers once again. Our venue will leave you fascinated, captivated and enthralled. With performances ranging from classic to contemporary, traditional to avant-garde, each act will inspire you to greater heights.

Bob Marley Festival
Founded in the spring of 1993, the Austin Marley Festival is the largest reggae event in Central Texas. More than 50 different bands have performed over the last 13 years including Chachi, Gizzae, Inner Visions, Jethro Jeremiah, Killer Bees, King Chango, The Majestics, One Destiny, Root 1, Sambaxe, Tony Express, Urban Roots, and Watusi.
Gates to the Austin Marley Festival open at noon on both Saturday and Sunday. Music also begins at noon, and each day features seven different reggae bands playing approximately hour-long sets (with a 15-minute set change between performers). Music ends and the event closes at 10:00 pm on both days.
